“In a year of absolute uncertainty, the Trump Administration’s original proposal to have America construct the fewest number of combatant vessels in over a decade, and to eliminate construction of an entire Virginia-class submarine in the process, remains one of the most puzzling aspects,” said Chairman Courtney.
