WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Rep. Joe Courtney joined House Armed Services Committee Ranking Member Rep. Adam Smith (D-Wash) and House Foreign Affairs Committee Ranking Member Rep. Gergory W. Meeks (D-NY) in a letter urging Secretary of State Marco Rubio to end the Trump Administration’s stop work order on U.S. foreign assistance while a 90-day review of USAID programs is underway.
