NORWICH, CT – Today, Congressman Joe Courtney (CT-02) announced that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will award a second round of federal grants totaling $312,192 to eight municipalities across eastern Connecticut. HUD will disperse the new awards to municipal housing authorities in Enfield, Killingly, Mansfield, Norwich, Plainfield, Putnam, Vernon, and Willimantic.

NORWICH, CT – Last night, the U.S. Treasury Department and the federal Small Business Administration (SBA) issued new guidance clarifying that farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural producers are eligible to receive funding through the SBA's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), as long as they meet certain requirements.
