WASHINGTON—Today, Congressmen Joe Courtney (CT-2) and John Larson (CT-1) announced that the U.S. Air Force will invest $12 million to upgrade a hangar at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks. The hangar is being improved in preparation for the arrival of Air National Guard C-130H cargo planes that will be based out of Bradley.
