“I am grateful that the House Oversight and Reform Committee voted to approve our legislation supporting Minor League Baseball,” said Congressman Courtney.

“Last week’s announcement by the CDC that COVID-19 had been declared a heightened threat to public health was a call to beef up our public sector counter measures,” said Congressman Courtney.

“American soldiers have fought for nearly nineteen years to bring to justice the terrorists responsible for the September 11, 2001 attacks on our nation, and to create a stable region, supported by NATO and regional allies, to ensure Afghanistan will not revert to the failed state that became a haven for terrorism,” said Congressman Courtney.

“In this year’s submission, you’ve got two salvage ships. We need them, they’re important, but let’s face it: the [operational plans] for our near-peer competitors, China and Russia, the attack submarines are really the tip of the spear in terms of what we need out there."
