Rep. Courtney Statement on the Passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

NORWICH, CT – Congressman Joe Courtney (CT-02) issued the following statement this evening after news broke of the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg:
