Rep. Courtney Condemns Threats Made Against State Senator and First Selectman Cathy Osten

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman Joe Courtney (CT-02) joined Connecticut state leaders in condemning recent threats made against State Senator and Sprague First Selectman Cathy Osten.

"Violence and threats have no place in the public square, our state, or our nation," said Congressman Courtney. "Today is a day for all Connecticut's leaders and citizens to reject this kind of toxic discourse, and to set an example of civility worthy of following for our neighbors and fellow citizens, for all those in office, and for all who seek it."
