Courtney Statement on 90-10 Senate Vote to Repeal "Cadillac" Tax

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Representative Joe Courtney issued statement after Senate voted overwhelmingly 90-10 for an amendment offered by Senator Dean Heller of Nevada torepeal the Excise Tax on high cost health plans as part of debate on the Senate Health Care reconciliation bill. Congressman Courtney’s legislation to repeal the Excise Tax permanently has 178co-sponsors in the House:
