Courtney, Blumenthal, Murphy on Secretary Ash Carter’s Visit to SUBASE New London And Electric Boat

WASHINGTON, D.C. —Today, Representative Joe Courtney (CT-02) and U.S. Senators Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), made the following statement after Secretary of Defense Ash Carter toured Naval Submarine Base New London and the Electric Boat shipyard in Groton:
