How Are Tariffs Impacting You?

President Trump's tariff policies have driven up costs for businesses and consumers. At a time when the cost of living is already squeezing budgets, new price increases due to Trump tariffs are adding to the burden and creating new uncertainty. 

The Supreme Court has ruled that many of the President's tariffs are illegal, and I am working in Congress to build support for rolling back the President's unilateral tariffs, even as the President chooses to impose further global tariffs. Under Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, Congress, not the President, has oversight of tariff policies.
